Follow the 440 beltline to I-40 East toward Benson [Sign reads: "To Benson 40 East (To 70)"]
Go 4 miles to Exit #306 (Garner, Smithfield, Goldsboro) Follow 70 East toward Clayton, Smithfield, and Goldsboro
Proceed 3.8 miles to the second light and turn right onto Guy Road (Exxon Station located at light on the right)
Proceed 3.8 miles on Guy Road to the Rainbow Lanes Entrance (entrance will be on the right)
From Smithfield/Selma
Follow 70 West toward Clayton
Take the Hwy 42 West Exit (Fuquay-Varina)
Follow the Hwy 42 West signs and proceed one mile to the Rainbow Lanes Entrance (on the right)
From Wilson/Kenly
Follow Hwy 42 West toward Clayton to Hwy 70
Turn right onto 70 West toward Raleigh (still Hwy 42 West)
Proceed 1.3 miles to the Hwy 42 West exit (Fuquay-Varina)
Follow the Hwy 42 West signs and proceed one mile to the Rainbow Lanes entrance (on the right)
