Party Procedures

Please
advise your guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled party time. |
For
scheduling purposes, groups will bowl first, then proceed to the party
room for refreshments. The allotted time for party room use is 45 minutes
so that we may accomodate each scheduled party. |
Under
normal circumstances, even hour parties will be held in meeting rooms,
odd hour parties will be held in arcade party rooms. Non-bowling parties
will be held in the restaurant area. |
Gifts,
cakes, etc. may be left at the front counter upon arrival. We will arrange
for them to be delivered to the party room with the food, refreshments,
and (basic white) paper products. |
NO
OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED, EXCEPT FOR THE CAKE. |
Please
help us keep our party rooms presentable!!! (Do not allow children to
throw food, etc.) |
